Return Refund Policy

We strive to show pictures of our products shot in natural light.  There is a magnifier for closer inspection.  We ask that you be very sure of your selection before purchase.  Returns get expensive with all the shipping costs so our return policy is that, if there is a fault with a bag on our end, we will do whatever we can to make sure we make it right.  If you can get it to us, we will fix it, return it to you and return your shipping cost.  We also offer the solution of an outside source, like your local Cleaner's, as often they have a seamstress.  Send us a copy of the receipt and we'll reimburse you.

We cannot do refunds on choices due to colour variations, patterns, or personal reasons of not liking the bag once you've got it.
